The Menu.
Our menu shifts with the seasons — the printed card you'll find on the table at dinner runs a little longer than this. Pasta is rolled every morning before service. Sauces, slowly, the day before. Bread is baked on premises. Olive oil arrives from a single press near Lucca twice a year.
