The product

Build the habit.
Skip the guilt.

This is a habit tracker built around one honest fact: 80% of people quit by day 7. It reached 47,000 active users in its first 90 days — not by adding reminders, but by adding a coach. It is an app, an AI coach, and a small circle of friends. None of that matters until day three.

Habit+ is about grace — the part of habit-building most apps forget. The AI coach texts you on the day you slip, asks why, and adjusts the plan. Marina sat for a year. Alex deleted the apps. Lena ran to the start line. None of them did it by punishing themselves.

A note from the foundersest. 2026

On warmth, and the small acts that build a life.

Every habit app I have used in the last decade made me feel a little worse about myself by Tuesday. Streaks broken in red. Notifications scolding me at 9pm. A leaderboard, of all things. I started Habit+ because none of that worked on me, and I suspected it wasn’t working on anyone.

What does work — and what 47,000 users in 90 days have taught us — is the opposite. Grace, built in. A pause day that doesn’t cost your streak. An AI coach that asks why you missed before it asks you to make up for it. A quiet page that says “you’re here” rather than “you’re behind.”

We are two founders. We built the thing we needed: a tracker that holds W4 retention at 63% and adds, on average, 18 days to a streak — not by nagging, but by understanding the day you slipped.

The AI coachSection II · a

It texts you the day you slip.

Noa is the coach. Not a notification — a short, human message in your local time, on the evening a habit goes blank. It asks why before it asks for anything else, holds your streak on a grace day, and shrinks tomorrow until it’s easy to start again.

  • +Asks, never scolds. No red broken chains, no leaderboards.
  • +Holds the streak. A grace day costs you nothing.
  • +Adjusts the plan. Moves the cue, shrinks the task, then checks in.

Three users. Three years of unbroken days, between them.

Shared by Marina from her app, day 365 — the morning her streak became something else. Four habits, three crossed off, one held for tomorrow.

The fourth — journaling — went undone, on purpose. “Some mornings are for sitting,” she wrote in the margin. “Not for writing.”
